S24 Travel processes personal data in accordance with:

- Data Protection Act 2018
Data collected may include:
- Names
- Contact details
- Journey information
- Payment information
- Driver records
- Vehicle records

Personal information shall only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary or required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
Optional S24 Driver Live Location
For operational dispatch, an approved driver may choose to share their phone’s current GPS location during an assigned, active journey. Sharing is off by default and requires a deliberate Start Sharing action and device permission. Only authorised S24 Dispatch staff can access the latest position. It is not displayed to customers.
The system stores one latest location fix per sharing driver, not a route history. Sharing stops when the driver requests it, the web app leaves the foreground or the job ends. Locations older than 90 seconds are excluded from live maps and cleared on subsequent tracking reads. Road ETA requests may send position and destination coordinates to a third-party mapping provider. GPS location may be inaccurate and ETAs are estimates.
